Sip the Season

If you’re a host during the holidays, it can be easy to fall into a routine of serving the same drinks over and over again to your friends and family. These holiday drink recipes will make it easy to wow your guests and offer everyone a cup of festive spirit!

Poinsettia

  1. In a chilled champagne flute, add:
  • 1 Ounce Orange Liqueur
  • 3 Ounces Cranberry Juice
  • Top with sparkling wine
  1. Garnish with a rosemary sprig, 3 fresh cranberries and enjoy!

Gingerbread Espresso Martini

  1. In a shaker tin, add:
  • 1 Ounce Vodka
  • 1 Ounce Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 Ounce Espresso (or Cold Brew)
  • 1 Ounce Gingerbread Syrup*
  1. Add ice, shake, then strain through a fine mesh strainer into a large coupe.
  2. Serve with a gingerbread cookie!

*To make the Gingerbread Syrup, combine in a pot:

  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Peppermint Manhattan

  1. In a stirring glass, add:
  • 2 Ounces Bourbon
  • ½ Ounce Sweet Vermouth
  • ½ Ounce Peppermint Liqueur
  • 1 Dash Chocolate Bitters
  1. Strain into a small coupe glass and garnish with a candy cane. Cheers!

Eggnog

(Serves 8)

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat 4 Egg Yolks with 4 Tablespoons of Sugar until fluffy
  2. Stir in 4 Cups of Whole Milk, ½ Cup of Heavy Cream and 1 Cup of Brandy
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the 4 Egg Whites and 4 Tablespoons of Sugar, then gently fold into the other bowl.
  4. Pour into rocks glasses, garnish each with a cinnamon stick and enjoy!
