Established in 2005, L’Thai Organic Cuisine & Wine Bar is the first organic Thai restaurant in the world outside of Thailand! It’s located in Tucker, just outside of Gwinnett, and is a local favorite. Inside, the restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with sensory pieces like a trickling water fountain that creates a calming ambiance for your meal. It’s the type of casual establishment that’s perfect for grabbing a quick bite with friends and family or celebrating a special occasion. Along with their organic menu, they’re also gluten-free friendly and offer a variety of vegan/vegetarian options!

While we’re fans of everything on their menu, we’re spotlighting the mango sticky rice for this week’s feature! This delectable classic Thai dessert is refreshing, fruity and perfectly sweet. It hits different in the summertime when all you’re craving is a fruit-forward dessert that is light yet decadent. L’Thai Organic Cuisine & Wine Bar’s mango sticky rice features sweet coconut black rice topped with coconut cream and sesame seeds, with a side of fresh tropical mango. The black rice in the dish is a type of glutinous rice, giving it a nutty, slightly sweet flavor and a chewy texture. Unlike the rice varieties you’re typically accustomed to, the black rice is incredibly springy and soaks up the coconut cream beautifully.
