The Chateau Elan Culinary Studio, equipped with top-tier Viking Range® appliances, is a beautiful 1,600 sq. ft. teaching kitchen located inside the Winery on the second floor above the Wine Market. Château Élan’s international chefs bring their individual and cultural specialties to the kitchen as they educate guests through public cooking classes, Saturday demonstrations, private culinary events and even team building events.
Cooking classes happen most Fridays and Saturdays from 7pm – 10pm.
