Tipsy: Mocktails to Fall in Love With

Want to treat your lover without straining their liver? These mocktails are perfect for any romantic occasion, and the only buzz they’ll leave you with is in the heart.


  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes of Orange Blossom Water
  • Soda Water
  • 1 oz Rose Syrup:
    • To Prep:
      • Add 1/4 Cup Dried Rose Petals to 2 cups of hot water
        • Let sit 1 hour, stirring occasionally
        • Strain petals out
        • Add 2 Cups of fine sugar


  • Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass over ice
  • Sprinkle rose petals on the top of the drink, stir, and enjoy!



  • 2 oz Strawberry puree or 2 muddled strawberries
  • 1 oz Oat Milk
  • Egg white or 1/2 oz Aquafaba* for texture
    • * Aquafaba is the liquid leftover when straining a can of chickpeas. It serves as an excellent substitute for egg whites in cocktails.
  • Cocoa powder
  • Strawberry garnish


  • Rim a coupe glass with chocolate syrup and place in the freezer
  • Shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify, then add ice and shake again
  • Strain into chilled glass through a fine mesh strainer 
  • Sprinkle cocoa powder over the drink and garnish with a strawberry!



  • Tajin
  • Green tea
  • A Pinch of Salt
  • 2 oz Hibiscus Syrup:
    • 1/4 cup Dried Hibiscus Flowers
    • 2 Cups Hot Water
    • Let sit 1 hour, stirring occasionally
    • Strain petals out
    • Add 2 cups fine sugar
  • 5 Slices of Jalapeno (keep/remove seeds depending on your preferred spice level)
  • 2 oz lime juice


  • Rim a wine glass with Tajin
  • Prepare 6 oz of green tea and add it to your glass over ice
  • In your shaker, add salt, Hibiscus syrup, 4 jalapeno slices and lime juice
  • Shake with ice and strain through a fine mesh strainer into your cup of iced green tea
  • Garnish with a Jalapeno
    • Bonus points if you eat the jalapeno once you finish the drink!
