The City of Snellville has transformed with a new project called The Grove at Town Center! This exciting project has redefined Snellville into a walkable urban landscape for residents and visitors alike. The name of the project comes from the Chestnut Oak Grove, where businessmen used to meet in the City of Snellville over 100 years ago. Once completed this summer, The Grove will include nine new buildings, a 750-space parking deck, outdoor tables with chairs, a splash pad and an outdoor pavilion.
This, along with The Grove’s design to connect existing Snellville parks via greenways and neighborhoods, will allow residents to be connected like never before to restaurants and shops. The Grove at Town Center also provides a live and work environment for residents with The Tomlin luxury apartments, retail and restaurants, the Market Building, Northside Medical Snellville and so much more. The Market Building will serve as a food hall, giving Snellville’s residents a new and exciting way to dine.
The final completion of the project is quickly approaching and Snellville is excited to share that Crooked Can Brewing Company will be opening its doors in the Market Building! Founded in 2014, Crooked Can Brewing Company cultivates a fun and laid-back atmosphere perfect for friends and family to meet at. They produce high-quality craft beer under the guidance of an award-winning brewmaster. You can now find their craft beer at Publix supermarkets regionally!
The brewery currently has two locations in Florida and Ohio, making Snellville their first location in our beautiful peach state! They are scheduled to open by the end of the year and will be followed by several food vendors that will be on the first floor of the Market Building. A few restaurants and stores have already opened their doors, including Parkside at The Grove, The Grove Taquira, Great American Cookies and Marble Slab.
