Train for a Half Marathon
Training for a half marathon gave me a sense of commitment, dedication, and eventually, accomplishment that I’d never experienced before. Whether you do it once and never again, or it becomes a new addiction, it’s a great way to challenge yourself (and get a bit healthier in the process). It takes approximately three to six months (depending on your starting level) to train for a marathon, which – if you start now – makes the Rock the Park Half Marathon in Lawrenceville the perfect race!
