Pumpkin Spice Latte From The Local Bean

Pumpkin Spice Has Arrived in Gwinnett

Fall is in the air, bringing with it cozy sweaters, cooler weather and pumpkin spice everything! One of Gwinnett’s newest coffee shops, The Local Bean, is serving up the ultimate Gilmore Girls vibes, perfect for enjoying a seasonal latte with friends and family. It’s also located next to Braxton’s Antique Mall so you can take your coffee to-go and spend the afternoon browsing for a new treasure.

Founded by the husband-and-wife duo Andrew and Myla, The Local Bean opened its doors to the Loganville community this past May. Myla, a Loganville native, met Andrew while attending college in South Florida, and after they graduated, they got married. With a dream to open up a coffee shop that functions as a community gathering spot, they moved to Spain, where they spent three years learning about coffee. Their coffee journey eventually took them back to the Loganville community, making the move back in November of 2025.

Andrew and Myla have curated an intentional space where people can gather, enjoy a tasty cup of coffee and take a moment to slow down from their busy lives. From the exposed brick walls and crackling fireplace to the shop’s boho-chic decor, everything creates an inviting ambiance that makes you want to sit back and relax. As for their menu, the shop sources its beans from a local artisan roaster and uses a brand of organic coffee syrups for a high-quality sip. They also offer a wide selection of European-style pastries that come from Saint Germain Bakery that pairs well with a coffee or matcha!

For this week’s Thirsty Thursday spotlight, we’re highlighting the Pumpkin Spice Latte from their seasonal fall menu. This latte features a tasty pumpkin spice syrup with a sprinkle of cinnamon and comes with your choice of milk (whole, almond, oat or pistachio). It’s the perfect autumn-inspired sip that’ll have you embracing the seasonal transition.
