The sun may be setting at 6 p.m., but that doesn’t mean you have to! Norcross is keeping your November nights alive with their lineup of events, bringing you evenings full of movie screenings, live music and international flavors! So ditch the early bedtime, come down to Norcross and keep the days long!
The biggest night of November will without a doubt be the Atlanta International Night Market. On November 6 and 7 Lillian Webb Park will be transformed into a bustling market full of culture, food and festivities. Explore rows of vendors representing cultures from across the globe, selling international cuisine and one-of-a-kind artisan goods. In between trying new dishes and shopping from artists, stop and enjoy live performances that highlight the dancing, music and traditions of different cultures. Learn more about your neighbors here in Norcross and around the world, on these two days of free family fun at Atlanta International Night Market!
For more nights out on the town, check out Norcross Movie Mondays and the First Friday Concert Series at the Cultural Arts and Community Center. Experience the life of the King of Rock N’ Roll with a showing of “Elvis” on November 9, then get into the holiday spirit on November 23 with the Thanksgiving classic “Home for the Holidays.” On November 13, the First Friday Concert Series will bring an epic performance by Vox Britannia, performing a tribute to the golden age of British rock. With iconic songs by The Cure, Bowie, Queen and more, it will be a British invasion right here in Norcross!
Don’t worry there is fun to be had during the day, too! On November 11 from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., join the community in honoring those who have served our country at the Veterans Day Ceremony at Veterans Park. Then on November 14, kickstart your Christmas shopping at the Historic Norcross Holiday Open House. From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. the shops and restaurants of Downtown Norcross are going full-festive mode with decorations, holiday specials and sales you won’t want to miss!
As you can see, there is still plenty of fun to be had in Norcross this November, even if the days are a little shorter! Click here for more information on what’s happening in Norcross this holiday season!
