FLOW N’ FLOAT TO BETTER HEALTH
Move to the ebb and flow of life with yoga and saltwater therapy at EBB | FLOW! They have two locations (Loganville & Monroe) and offer a healing space for yoga + hot yoga, meditation, saltwater therapy and other therapeutic treatments. With a mission to use yoga, meditation and breath work to reduce pain, manage stress and improve strength and mobility, students can expect to restore, release, recharge and revive their brains, bodies and souls.
EBB | FLOW draws their name from the phrase “ebb and flow,” which is defined as water’s movement on this Earth and can also be a metaphor for life. As we move through ups and downs and ins and outs, there is a rhythm…and you can tune into this rhythm at EBB | FLOW.
What We DiG:
EBB | FLOW’s unique saltwater flotation therapy pods. They are a first for Gwinnett and allow you to be healed by the ocean—without ever leaving the county. Float your cares away and shut off the outside world at this one-of-a-kind therapeutic experience.
CLIMB YOUR WAY TO A BETTER YOU
At Adrenaline Climbing, adults and children alike can experience the challenge, fun and safety of indoor rock climbing. Simply walk in and climb independently after a 15-minute belay orientation. Or, if you prefer, Adrenaline offers professional coaches to belay and guide you. During ClimbTime their coaches will encourage and assist you, as well as handle the ropes.
Family owned and operated, Nathan, Darleyne and the rest of the crew hope you will feel at home from day one. That’s the center of their mission—to share their love of climbing. They are committed to providing an excellent experience at a great price, a warm and friendly welcome to all and a safe climbing environment. So, what’s stopping you from climbing your way to better health?!
What We DiG:
Adrenaline’s outdoor climbing courses. Join Adrenaline for a day or weekend of rock-climbing fun! Their weekend courses are for beginners through advanced climbers, and their guided trips are a great way to begin making the transition from the gym to real outdoor climbs.
