Jennifer and Rob Taranto will soon be opening Bottles & Bones at 400 Buford Hwy NE in Suwanee. The owners have plucked a couple of Atlanta restaurant industry veterans to lead the restaurant. The menu includes aged prime steaks, seafood and an extensive list of appetizers that includes house-cured charcuterie. Nightly specials will grace the menu and there will also be specialty nights such as prime rib dinner on Sunday and Monday nights. A dry-aged porterhouse steak for two will be available Friday and Saturday nights. As the name suggests, there will be an impressive bar program with an attractive wine list.
