Lionheart Theatre –
Home of the roaring entertainment

Lionheart Founder and Producing Artistic Director Tanya Gilmer founded Norcross’s Lionheart Theatre in 2000, which is, to this day, one of the oldest community theatres in Gwinnett County. As we dive into 2023, Lionheart Theatre will be heading into its 23rd season, reliably delivering entertainment packed with drama, comedy and mystery. Located in the heart of Downtown Norcross, The Lionheart Theatre Company produces high-quality stage productions and annual drama camps and classes hosted for local youth.

The Norcross community has shown a genuine appreciation for the arts in their unwavering support of Lionheart Theatre by attending shows and volunteering. As a non-profit theatre, all of Lionheart’s staff, stage crew, set builders, lighting operators, sound technicians, costumers and actors are volunteers united by a love of creating affordable theatre for the Norcross community.

If you haven’t stopped in for a show at Lionheart, you simply must. Not only does it offer lively evening entertainment while supporting the local community, but you never know when you may see someone you know pop up on stage! Depending on which show or event you choose to attend, you could witness anything from sketch comedy and improv to dance troupes and more.

And the best part? Lionheart is a dessert theatre, which means every ticket comes with a free dessert served during intermission!
