Lilburn Sparkle in the Park 2026: July 4 Fireworks and Events

The City of Lilburn invites the community to come together for a star-spangled week of celebration as it presents the Lil Liberties Pop-Up Series and the annual Sparkle in the Park celebration at Lilburn City Park. With patriotic spirit in the air and America’s 250th birthday on the horizon, Lilburn is setting the stage for an unforgettable Independence Day experience filled with music, color and hometown pride.

The Lil Liberties Pop-Up Series brings a fun and festive countdown to July 4 with community activities designed to spark excitement and bring neighbors together:

Sidewalk Salute Chalk Art Party

Families and residents are invited to help transform the sidewalks into a vibrant “Sidewalk Salute,” filling the plaza with red, white, and blue creativity as we celebrate America together.

The celebration reaches its grand finale on Saturday, July 4 with Sparkle in the Park, Lilburn’s signature Independence Day fireworks event from 6:00–10:00 p.m. at Lilburn City Park. This hometown tradition brings the community together for an evening packed with live music, family fun, delicious food and unforgettable summer memories. Guests can enjoy a kid’s activity zone with inflatables, face painting, balloon artists, caricature artists and a wide variety of food vendors before the night sky lights up in a dazzling fireworks display.

This year’s entertainment lineup will keep the energy high and the crowd moving all night long, starting with opening act Son Latino, an Atlanta-based Latin party band known for delivering high-energy performances blending salsa, merengue, cumbia, bachata, reggaeton, Latin pop and English hits with a Latin twist. The celebration continues with headliner American Flyers, a dynamic party band performing dance, rock, pop and country hits built to keep the dance floor packed from start to finish.
