A smoothie a day keeps the doctor away!
Abs are made in the kitchen, or at least that’s what we’ve been told! Getting your day started with a healthy, fresh smoothie is the perfect way to get in your fruits and veggies early and with so many different (and healthy!) combinations out there you’re sure to find one you love.
We asked our diggers about their go-to recipes and the results did not disappoint! Whether you need to get in your greens, disguise veggies from your kids, or find the perfect way to mix in your favorite supplements, we’ve got you covered!
Green Machine Smoothie
- (1) banana, frozen
- ½ avocado
- Handful of spinach
- (2) tablespoons, almond butter
- (1) cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- (1) scoop collagen peptides
Kids Mango Smoothie
- (½) cup vanilla yogurt
- (1) banana, frozen
- (1) cup mango, frozen
- (1) tablespoon honey (for children over one)
- (1) cup milk
Chocolate Dream Smoothie
- (½) avocado
- Handful of spinach
- (1) banana, frozen
- (2) tablespoons cacao powder, raw
- (1) cup almond milk
- (1) tablespoon peanut or almond butter, unsweetened
- Dash of cinnamon, ground
- (¼) tsp vanilla extract
- (1) tablespoon chia seeds
The great thing about smoothies is that they’re 100% customizable! We love adding supplements like protein or collagen powder and throwing in extras like flax seed. Happy blending!
