Holiday Shopping, Twinkling Lights and Festive Happenings

Discover a world of festive happenings in Snellville this holiday season, from exciting events to exceptional shopping experiences!

Kicking off on November 29, our 44th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Parade will take place for an evening of festive fun! The Christmas parade will hit the streets at 5:30 p.m., starting at Wisteria Plaza and ending at the Snellville Towne Green. Arrive early to get the perfect view of the parade as lighted floats, tractors and trucks pass by. That’s not all, because we saved the best for last with Santa Claus ready to spread holiday cheer and greet all of the kids at the end of the parade!

Afterwards, patrons can enjoy a variety of exciting activities, including cookie decorating, roasting s’mores, a built-in activity and ornament decorating. Each activity will have a small fee but if you bring non-perishable food, you can trade those in for a ticket. Two cans of non-perishable food are eligible to trade for one ticket at the booth!  All donations will be donated to Southeast Gwinnett Co-op for “Give Hunger the Boot,” a terrific fundraising cause.

Along with our Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Parade event, you can enjoy festive happenings all season long by checking out our shopping scene. The 124 Corridor in Snellville is recognized as the second-largest shopping area in Gwinnett County. You’ll find a variety of local boutiques, selling unique gifts and decor, perfect for that special someone in your life. After a day of shopping, explore our exceptional dining scene where you can find everything from Thai and American to Mexican and more.
