GET INTO GRAYSON!

By

We like to think of Grayson as the quaint, boutique town for when you just need to get away from it all. It’s the place where friendly residents exchange hugs and hellos as they walk around town, or stop to ensure a new face feels right at home. When you need to get away, “Get Into Grayson!”

Some facts about Grayson:

  • In 2016, Grayson was named one of six Live Work Play Cities by Georgia Trend magazine.
  • Grayson was listed as the 2016 Fastest Growing City in Georgia due to its residential growth; it’s expected to be very close to the top of that list again when the 2017 numbers are released.
  • Active Georgia named Grayson the 2nd Most Active City in the State for 2016.
  • Niche.com named Grayson the 26th Best Suburb in Georgia out of 585 cities in the state—that’s the top four percent!

While these numbers show the charm of this beautiful city is no longer a secret, Grayson has been smart with their growth, making a lifestyle in which folks continue to want to gather, live, work, shop and socialize.

Exciting new developments like the new “ampavilion”—an outdoor amphitheater flanked on both sides by pavilions—are happening all the time in Grayson! The ground breaking for this extraordinary project will occur sometime this year, and will provide a better venue for additional concerts and festivals in the city’s park.

The City of Grayson invites you to make their home your destination in Gwinnett for family fun and southern living. From city happenings like concerts, parades and special events to high-end shopping and dining experiences, not to mention the always charming Grayson Arts and History Center and community park, there is much to do if you “Get Into Grayson.”
