This October, take some time to fall in love with Duluth! Fall in love with the art exhibits at the Hudgens Center/ Fall in love with homemade pies—Maple Pecan, Dutch Apple, Cranberry Orange Crumb—from Crave Pie Studio. Fall in love with everything that makes Duluth…Duluth! And Duluth wouldn’t be what it is without its events, so here are a few to look forward to this October.

Starting off with October’s Flicks on the Bricks, featuring Coco! On October 9 from 6 to 9 p.m. join Duluth on the Town Green for a night of food, fun and movies with the community. Get there early and grab dinner from one of the food trucks. Then grab a spot and catch live music performances or arts and crafts before the movie starts. At 7:15 p.m. Coco will start playing, and you and the family can cozy up for 105 minutes of singing and Dia de los Muertos magic!

Then on October 23, return for a night of spooky fun at Howl on the Green! This year’s theme? Mad Science: Project Zombie! Downtown Duluth will become a colorful zombie research lab full of mad science experiments. Don your zombie or mad scientist costume and head down for an evening full of themed activities, costume contests, and mad science experiments. Best of all, there will be Trunk or Treating, so the kids can grab some candy! Finally, the night will close out with a dazzling cirque performance! This night is guaranteed to be a howling good time, so make sure you’re there!

These are just two of the Duluth events this October, but there are so many more to keep an eye out for! Dogtoberfest is bringing dog stunts and activities for you and your furry friends, while Georgia Polka Connection is hosting their own Oktoberfest at Eddie Owen Presents! No matter what event you attend in Duluth, you’re sure to fall in love!
