Get ready Duluth for an event season full of family-friendly fun! Starting this March, be on the lookout for upcoming events, concerts and local markets all taking place in our beautiful downtown.
Duluth Farmers & Artisan Market
Starting with our fan-favorite Duluth Farmers & Artisan Market, this event will last until May and will now be held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month. Located on the Town Green, this is the perfect way to enjoy the bounty of spring by shopping locally. From food and beverage vendors selling fresh produce, meats, sauces and more to artisan vendors selling beautiful flowers and art, there’s so much to explore. There will also be live entertainment at each market, adding to the overall Duluth experience! Check out our events calendar for more information.
Little Beer V
For our beer enthusiasts, the Little Beer V event hosted by Good Word Brewing is almost here. On March 29 at the Town Green, enjoy this nationally acclaimed festival with over 60 breweries, live music, an artist market and educational sessions. Purchasing a ticket gets you a free souvenir lager glass and a free pour at Good Word Brewing!
Duluth Derby Day
Besides our monthly farmers market, you can enjoy a variety of events later this May ranging from live concerts to foodie adventures. If you enjoy the glitz and glamour of the Kentucky Derby but never get to attend, then check out Duluth Derby Day on May 3. Put on your best derby hat and fashion to enjoy a free screening of the race on the Town Green! There will be a Best Dressed contest for adults and kids, a petting zoo, a raffle and themed photo-ops.
Children’s Entrepreneur Market
Join us on May 4 for the Children’s Entrepreneur Market! This unique program gives kids in the area the ability to learn entrepreneurship by hosting their own farmers market! That’s right, kids can sign up as vendors to sell their products which teaches them real-life skills and lets them form friendships. This market will also be held on November 2 for those unable to attend the Summer date. After this, get ready for weeknight events held during the entire summer.
Live Music and Food Every Weeknight
Starting with Wednesday Flavors on Main starting on May 28 until September, indulge in local flavors with featured food trucks along Main Street. This is the perfect, mid-week treat to enjoy with your friends and family. Then, enjoy Parsons Thursday Night Out starting on May 29 to enjoy live music, trivia and movie nights all taking place in the heart of Parsons Alley. Plus, there will be pop-up experiences! Last but not least is Rock the Block: Live & Loud Fridays starting May 30 where you can enjoy free concerts in Downtown Duluth.
