The city known for its beloved annual Fall Festival has so much in store for you this season. As they ring in 150 years, there will be plenty of celebration, including a special Off the Rails event on September 12.
EATS
Duluth is rich with international cuisine, making it perfect for trying new things! Starting with VeGreen, this quaint Asian Fusion restaurant specializes in all things delicious and vegan. Their vibrant green curry ramen is a must-try! For sweet treats, try Mozart Bakery. They have an impressive assortment of show-stopping desserts and pastries in addition to coffee and boba. In Downtown Duluth, there are plenty of places to enjoy performances! Inside the walls of The Red Clay Music Foundry, local and internationally recognized musicians alike take the stage every weekend. Right across the street at Truck and Tap, you can usually catch a live band performing on weekend nights, the perfect complement to an Oktoberfest beer. And of course, the beautiful Town Green hosts a variety of outdoor concerts and multicultural performances!
EVENTS
The Duluth Fall Festival is the ultimate place to ring in the season. Here, you can explore local vendors, try new foods and shop for a unique trinket! The Duluth Farmers Market kicks off for the fall season on September 6, taking place every first and third Sunday. In addition to locally grown produce to make your fall favorites, you’ll also find soaps, lotions and crafts made by artisans. Another notable event, Dogtoberfest, will take place on October 3, for you and your four-legged friend! Duluth is hosting a variety of events to foster community spirit, so be sure to drop by this fall!
