Lucky for you, Downtown Duluth’s dessert scene just got an upgrade with the opening of Gingko Bakery & Cafe. This delicious spot serves up incredible sweets and tasty lattes that rotate on a seasonal basis!

Owned by best friends Molly & Aaliyah, this bakery has a trendy and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that turns an afternoon sweet treat into something special! It’s vibrant, fun and full of good energy. For our Foodie Friday spotlight, we’re highlighting the Ube-lieve It from their seasonal spring menu. This ube & biscoff dessert has everything that traditional tiramisu lovers want and more! Featuring layers of rich ube cream, espresso-soaked lady fingers and caramel, this decadent dessert is topped with a Biscoff cookie and a final drizzle of caramel. It’s crave-worthing and absolutely delicious! The ube added a perfect amount of nutty vanilla flavor and the Biscoff cookie with the rich caramel took this dessert to the next level.
